  2. Navigate to "Submit a Ticket."

  3. Choose the relevant category (CBAS, Resources, Technical Support, etc.).

  4. Provide a comprehensive description of the issue, including error messages and screenshots if available.

  5. Click "Submit."

  6. You will receive an email confirmation with your ticket details and status tracking information.
