Log into CURIOO Help.
Navigate to "Submit a Ticket."
Choose the relevant category (CBAS, Resources, Technical Support, etc.).
Provide a comprehensive description of the issue, including error messages and screenshots if available.
Click "Submit."
You will receive an email confirmation with your ticket details and status tracking information.
